Ok so I am about to start a mixed fermentation program at home (partly with the wish to make it pro within a few years)
And after the reading of American sour beers , I am now starting to read Wild brews by sparrow, then Wood and beer is awaiting.
But the thing is there are so many valuable information to keep up in mind that even though I have taken notes, I feel like I am already loosing some knowledge it brought me.
Is there, by any chance, over her someone who had worked on a resume of American sour? That would be soooo helpful and time saving !
Ps: European brewer here, English is not my mother tongue so be gentle, open to anyone who just loves to talk about mix and spontaneous fermentation
