She has the same powers as Neuman . Could they be connected ? Both their eyes turned grey after blowing up heads. It’s a stretch but my theory is she might be able to shapeshift . Maybe actual Victoria neuman was working for Vought but she got killed by the girl and now she’s against them . That’s why we think she’s a double agent . Just a theory but it confuses me because it was odd that they showed the girl escape sage grove and gave her an entire scene if she’s not relevant to the story anymore. Just a thought
