In the comics Homelander and a bunch of others supes died trying to coup the white house, and with the final of Gen V the plot seens to be turning into this direction

• In the final episode of Gen V the supe supremacist got stronger and the anti supe supremacist got fucked thanks to Vought propaganda
• Where added stronger resources to kill supes in the plot, like in season 1-2 the only reliable way was having a stronger supe to kill another supe, but now there is stuff like novichok, anti supe virus, supersonic sounds, Marie and Victoria hemomancy can one hit K.O any supe they wan't and they are antagonist to the supremacists
• The supremacist team now got Cate wich has powers to solve any political problem, thing that homelander struggles a lot with

I'm also exicited to see the scene wich>! A bloodlusted Homelander attempted to kill Stand Edgar/James Stillwell but he roasted him so hard that Homelander gived up!<.
