Sorry but I just don’t see how anyone can disagree. I don’t understand how people are enjoying this. It’s scene after scene of bland nothing conversation, delivered in this glum unnatural “we are a serious drama show to be reckoned with” sort of way. The whole faks thing is just weak. I’m 5 episodes in and NOTHING of note has happened yet. The first episode was 30 minutes of pretty filler shots and disjointed and confused flashbacks - which really didn’t seem to serve any purpose. It was mostly stuff we had seen before/we already knew. As in half of the episode was just footage from previous seasons, most popularly the fishes episode lol. I’m just dumbfounded that nothing of note has happened at all. And the milking of these intense emotional soap-opera (esque) encounters is ridiculous. Like when Ezra drops the bread rolls? And carmie and him have this weird thing together where I was almost like “wait are they about to kiss?? What is this??” It’s just like. That’s not who those characters are, it doesn’t make any sense. They’ve become so sappy and self indulgent or something. Idk I kinda hate it anyway lol
