I’ve seen a few post of people complaining about her for having an instant connection out of nowhere with carmy I guess. The point of her being in the last season was Carmy not letting anything good happen cause he doesn’t think he deserves it or just that that never happens. It was all to lead up the other shoe falling in the end, but he is the one that caused it because he couldn’t believe that his mistake could end up in anything but total disaster. Like Donna. I am basically just reiterating the Richie freezer fight at this point. Claire bear would have been too perfect for a show this messy and that’s the point

this is kind of reddit as a whole. if something doesn't fit a user's own fucked up, misaligned worldview then it must be shit upon for everyone else as well.
