So because of this story being so long I can't post it all as once big thing. So I'll have some of it in the main post and then the rest of it will be in the comments.

Thomas Elliot grew up in a very middle class family. His family managed to stay afloat within the city of Gotham but never had an abundance of money to spend.

Growing up and attending school Thomas was able to make friends easily as he had an inate charm. But soon his childhood years would lead him down a darker path, seeing how easy it was for him to make friends he decided to test his skills and would exploit his friends for financial gains.

He would get close enough to them to spend nights over at their houses and while spending the night he would gather information on the house. Using his knowledge he would then plan to rob them later and because of his way with words his friends would never suspect him as the culprit.
