Can finally relax a bit

Work trip: stood for about 15 hours over a three day period and spoke to over 400 people at an event. As an introverted extrovert, I am completely shattered. Tomorrow is yoga and maybe visiting a day spa. I haven’t worked out all week (unless you count the standing).
