Significance of "Arms Outstretched" and "You're going to be amazing"?

I listened through Balance for the first time a few months ago, but was never really involved in the TAZ fandom until now. I noticed that fans really emphasize two specific lines that confuse me: Arms Outstretched and "You're going to be amazing."
I appreciated the scenes as they were happening, but seeing the fandom namedrop these scenes and gush over these lines has me feeling a little lost. Can someone explain to me why they're such fan favorites?
