I hate action scenes in movies

This came to mind due to seeing a lot of people online thinking the film The Green Knight was going to be a fantasy action flick. There are 3 problems with action films

  1. The cinematography, even if the film doesn’t use shaky cam it’s almost impossible to tell what’s going on due to the camera always being too far or too close away, or the camera cuts too quickly. This just may be my problem due to bad eyesight.

  2. The music, for some reason whenever a movie plays some generic action music I immediately get a headache. The explosion heavy action scenes obviously don’t help.

  3. Most of the time the films plot goes to a screeching halt. This makes the previous points even more frustrating.

The only exceptions I can think of are most of The Predator (minus the beginning), and the Buffalo Bill confrontation in Silence Of The Lambs (although the ladder may be cheating).
