Yes, as long as the tank is street legal and has rubber treads. Also depending on your local areas laws it is compleatly fine to drive your big fuckoff cannon carrier down the highway.

Do you not know that anyone in America can own a military vehicle that has been stripped of its weapons? It is completely legal for you to go out and buy an m1 Abrams tank. You can even have the main cannon on it if you have the right paperwork and permits. Military vehicles aren't magic unobtainable super death machines, most of the time there just civilization vehicles modified to have armor so anyone inside is protected against gunfire.
