Hi all,

I seeking you help regarding my missing luggage. I flew with Thai airways from Singapore to Frankfurt on Sunday 15/12. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, one of my luggage did not arrive. I reported to the Frankfurt baggage tracing desk and was told that the luggage was still in Bangkok. I filled in the form to request for the luggage to be sent to Düsseldorf airport. I was given a report number and was told that Frankfurt loss and found will send me an email the next day regarding when to come to collect my luggage at Düsseldorf airport.

2 days later, i haven’t heard from anyone. I contacted Frankfurt loss and found and was told that they only handle Lufthansa airline, for Thai Airways, I have to contact the airline directly. I called the airline and was told to wait for another 3 days before contacting them again.

I am writing to ask if anyone have experience with missing luggage and if they have found a way to get it back. Please share with me contact details for Frankfurt airport, Düsseldorf airport and Thai airways that maybe able to help me to trace my luggage.

I am unable to sit and wait for many days doing nothing thinking that my luggage is sitting in a corner of an airport somewhere.

Please help.
