Any 1st hand tipps for a quiet / no phone hotel/resort ?

Maybe I am the only one, but people scrolling TikTok on Speakerphone near the pool pisses me off. I know this is Thailand, and the concept of "quiet" is not something known here. But I don't get people beeing unconsiderate to others when it would be preventable. Even 7/11 sells headphones.
I know there are some "swinger" hotels that forbid phones for privacy reasons. I might go that way in the future. Any recommandations for any other adult / silent places to enjoy? Is this even a thing?
