Hey folks,

I've been looking to stay in Thailand for an extended period of time (3-6 months) as I have a fully remote job. Been looking at apartments to stay at and noticed a lot of people post on FB Marketplace. Seems like a mixture of both realtors and anybodies. Anyone find a legit apartment through marketplace? Any other suggestions? (Phuket)

P. S. Also, what's the best way to go about this process? I'm presuming some sort of rental agreement? I just want to make sure I'm doing this all legit, so people don't run away with deposits etc.
