If you check the Wikipedia pages for many popular tourist destinations in Thailand including - Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chang Mai, Krabi, Ko Samui, Chang Rai, Udon Thani, Ko Lanta & Hua Hin you can find very detailed charts of the historical weather by month in the climate section.
These include average/mean/record daily high and low temperatures in Celsius and Fahrenheit, average precipitation in mm and inches, average precipitation days, relative humidity, average dew point and mean monthly and daily sunshine hours.
If you're planning a trip to Thailand and are worried about the weather conditions at a certain time of year for locations you are visiting this should be your first port of call. One caveat of course is that past weather data is no guarantee of the future weather and things like El Niño or La Niña can effect the weather patterns in areas you visit from year to year but it still a very handy and detailed source to check and much better then anecdotal accounts.
It's currently raining in Bangkok, but I want to know, is the rain wet?
