Koh Lanta or Koh Phi Phi for diving and snorkeling?

Hi y’all! 23F solo backpacker going to southern thailand in early april. My itinerary is crazy jam-packed, and I’m moving around thailand very quickly trying to do as much as I can in 3.5 weeks. Currently I have two days in Koh Lanta (traveling from Krabi) and 3 full days on Phi Phi, but I’m wondering if I should just pick one or the other. I’ve heard mixed things: Phi Phi is the go-to diving island but is much more crowded and touristy than Lanta.

If my main goal during that time is to find stunning beaches, snorkeling, and diving, which one would y’all pick? Or should I keep both islands on my itinerary? Thank you!!
