Hello, I am an absolute beginner. I am looking for a summer camp for 2 weeks to do some training to improve my general fitness and learn some Muay Thai. It doesn’t matter where in Thailand. I am looking for a camp for beginner that focuses also on general training (strength/ cardio/weight loss/fitness improvement). I see that there are a tons of options. Dunno where to start. Any suggestion? Thanks
