I’m in Thailand Bangkok I’ve been here for a week now and I have diarrhea for 2days straight all water. I’m not throwing up it’s just diarrhea. I don’t know what to do. I’m scared lol it does not hurt. I don’t want a parasite hahahaha What is it??! Is it my body adjusting to the water/food? Or travelers diarrhea?
