Can anyone confirm approximately how long it should take an apple computer to arrive at my apartment when ordering off the apple store? Stock configurations seem to predict 24 hour shipping, but then customized macs seem to take much much longer.

I went into iStudio and they claimed any customized mac would take about a month to ship and arrive.

I logged onto the apple store, and at first it claimed it would ship in 2-3 business days, but then later the estimated arrival date was a wide range. From Aug 28 to Jan 09 2015!

I called the apple store (US) and the lady on the phone confirmed the date range. She was mystified at why it would take so long to arrive.

On a side note, does anyone know how to dial this number via skype: 001-800-65-6957 (that is the apple store thailand). I couldn't figure out how to dial it in skype hhehe.
