Need help with a curry recipe called Krang Snow
Post Body

I ordered a fantastic curry the other day from a local thai spot and I'd love to replicate it at home, but I'm having trouble finding any recipes like it. It was called Krang Snow. I know Krang just means curry, but I can't find any "snow curry" recipes. The broth was a pale white color. It had a heavy coconut flavor to it, slightly oily, and a nice bitter lime note (the description said it was a limeade coconut sauce?). Anyone have any suggestions on what type of recipes I should be searching for? Any clue what type of curry this could have been? I've written the restaurant, but haven't heard back yet.
