I'm enforcing this rule in regards to descriptions of all people (visitors, volunteers, and employees). Violation of this rule can and probably will get you banned from this subreddit.
This includes all descriptions of people that aren't yourself including any actions they have participated.
You can describe what goes on at Thad's in the general case. E.g.. "People usually do this, or that." But not in the specific case: "Yesterday I saw a woman doing this or that."
Some description may seem innocuous to you but may be recognizable to other people vanilla or lifestyle alike and could jeopardize their reputation, anonymity and their safety.
Consequently this rule is enforced under the strictest interpretation of any description at all.
