I live in a county that is eligible for DUA (montgomery)....I am a self employed handy man/residential construction....but our house got flooded so my mother in law who usually watches the kids had to go stay with a friend out of town till i fix the house...becuase we couldn't afford a motel for her and us and our two kids....so since the kids are out of school I am having to watch them consequently I cannot go to work becuase we can't afford childcare....we are getting some help with fema but I saw someone mention disaster unemployment assistance....
So do I qualify?
