So after being unemployed from being arrested, I file a claim from unemployment. That was 4 months ago and I STILL havnt been able to get unemployment nor a job. I expressed to unemployment about how I lost my job...car…and my house within this time. They disqualified me because I told them I was fired by my job’s policy. I recently had my appeal and I expressed I was arrested wrongly for something I didn’t do. They asked me the question : “did you call your job while you were in jail”

YES…I called my job. I TOLD them I got arrested as soon as I was released. I was NEVER convicted of this crime either . After I concluded the appeal I called twc to ask the verdict.

THE PREVIOUS RULING HAS BEEN AFFIRMED.

Reason: I didn’t CALL my job WHILE I was locked up or let them KNOW I was getting locked up BEFORE I MYSELF knew I was getting arrested .

So I got angry…called my appeal person and left a voicemail calling her all types of “mfs” and “b-words” .

I submitted another appeal. Any advice on what I need to do now?
