I have a Canik TP9SF and I absolutely love the weapon, but it’s my edc and it’s difficult to conceal, I’m not a hoarder so I want to put it towards a g43x to offset the cost.

I know there are sites like texas gun trader gun broker and a few others, is there a complete list so I can compare fees and rules?

Also what all will I need to sale? I havent stayed super up to date with the laws, not sure if its still as simple as cash for gun in Texas for if our presidential administration has put a halt to that or not.

I need box, and I assume original paperwork for the 2nd owner, do I need to write a bill of sale or fill out some sort of firearm transfer form with the state of Texas? Grab a pic of their DL?

Never sold before only bought, I’m a LTC holder, not sure if that makes the process any easier or lenient with liabilities.
