It's a very nice concept, but you can tell their model was not riding on making a good game, but mainly making a buck from the franchise. It's all one big cash grab.

If the CEO and devs were actually interested in making a good game, they would have actually done research on what makes a good game. Common problems when it comes to players, very small things that were simply left out.

The lack of a decent report system outside of matches. Match reviews. Forced player selection? (I get the face of the game is Bubba, but mechanically that leads a lot of players to frustration with the match making.) $15 cosmetics? Are we back in the 00's? And the way that the new skin has a super silent chainsaw? Was there no testing at all???

The normal model for software dev is plan, produce, and TEST. Whether it be something like SCRUM or Waterfall, theres always testing. Seems like they either skip it, or do the bare minimum.

And over all, it feels LAZY. Like the dev team just says "we got money, lets throw it at the solution that takes the MOST time." Ebay magazines, really? Devs, you're taught to use google-fu as a first lesson to ANY kind of stem related field. You're simply not trying to be efficient, and waste whatever funds you guys are pulling in. Its inefficient, and by the looks of it, ineffective.

This game feels like it started out decently rounded, then got high jacked by college drop outs who never took a design class.

Don't even get me started on how they produce low quality merch faster than updates. CASH GRAB.

Yes, this sub complains a LOT. But its well deserved. There are just so many aspects of this game that just turn a fun game into annoying, tedious, and not worth picking back up for most people.

I would love to pick this game back up, but I can't even count how many times I've said "this is an easy fix, why didn't they fix it already?" The most likely problem? They didn't build this game for fixing. They didn't map out anything to be fixed without effecting other components. They wanted to release it, make money, and drop it in a year or two time. Might not even last that long in this state. And on top of that, they might even be riding that their free status on the xbox pass just pushed them the most forward.

It IS a good concept, but we can't pretend this is a good game anymore. Rant over.
