Any way to help with facial hair besides minoxidil? (and other questions/thoughts about dosage)

Post Body

Title basically lol- I've been on t for around 9 months, and I am starting to have a teeny bit of stubble and darkening moustache fuzz but it's not that noticeable to anyone else lol.
I would use minoxidil, but not only am I broke, but it actually killed our two cats (rubbed off on the sheets and onto their fur, which they then licked to groom themselves...) when my dad was using it years ago. So yeah, avoiding that for life.

Is there anything else that could be used? I heard coconut oil somewhere but like, somehow I have my doubts about that one lol!

I'm also trying to get my nurse to prescribe me a higher dose- I've been on about 50 mg weekly for more than six months and I'm not satisfied with the changes I've gotten, but only have access to one nurse, who refuses to make my dose any higher and genuinely does not know what she's doing with this stuff most of the time (rural area, doctor shortage, etc)

FYI, about the dose stuff- she has not given me any reason as to why she won't raise the dose other than that 50mg weekly is apparently a normal dose to stay on forever, lol
