Anyone else have super slow voice changes?
Post Body

I was previously on T (gel) for 5 months, but had to stop for general life reasons. I'm now due to go back on T in a few weeks!

During those 5 months, I experienced bottom growth, a small bit of body hair thickening (just around the bottom of my legs 😂) and the tiniest bit of facial hair around the edge of the mustache area towards the end of the 5 months.

Unfortunately I didn't notice any changes to my voice during that time, and both myself and my clinician agree that I still have quite a feminine pitch/tone. In our last appointment, he mentioned that voice deepening has normally begun by the 5 month mark, so he thinks it's unlikely it'll happen for me this time around.

That's pretty sad news for me, because that's one of the changes that I've been most looking forward to!

I know that clinicians aren't always spot on, and sometimes the trans community can offer a bit more insight - does anyone here have experience of voice drops happening around (or after) the 5 month mark?
