I've been wondering how much weight gain is normal to expect on t and how much is my own doing so to speak? I've been on t for about 6 months now and gained almost 8kg ever since I started. I try to work out once or twice a week, depending on my energy levels. I'm struggling with eating healthy/not eating too many sweets or unhealthy snack foods. It's a bad habit that I'm trying to get rid of..
