Was my test botched?

88ml of test cyp a week. This was test was 10 weeks after starting TRT. previous results were
350 ng/dl test 10.6 pm/ml free test 26.5 ng/dl Estradiol
Brain fog gone, most joint pain is gone, still take for ever to recover, still poor sleep, still take the same amount of time to recover, libido still low, erections 50/50. I've had hot flashes too. I just can't imagine that the numbers for the testosterone are correct.
