Im about to start TRT in October. When talking about the optimal Testosterone dose, is it a regular occurrence to have blood levels above the reference range? Or is e2 the value TRT dose is based on? Go as high as possible while having the least side effects from aromatase into h2?
I did TRT guided by myself, told my urologist about it and he made me stop TRT in order to see where my blood levels are, naturally. I’m feeling pretty shitty, but won’t dose any more by myself. My last bloodwork’s showed test @4.82 / 8.67 and 7.56 nmol/l (last measurement is 216 ng/dl). I honestly don’t understand why he made me hop off TRT, because we had my natural levels from earlier this year, but in order to get a prescription I have to jump through those hoops… with 110mg test-e I was at 870 ng/dl, which is above reference range, is that okay, too? E2 was at about 5% of test, which seems to be optimal, based on this subs knowledge.
