Can anyone helping interpreting this bloodwork?
Post Body

Coming back to training after a few months hiatus due to COVID and gym closures. Recently got this bloodwork done, but I'm highly confused by what it means. What form of T is typically measured in nmol/l? I've seen pmol/l on other posts before and also ng/dl.

I'd just like to know where on the spectrum my t levels fall so I can best optimize my training.

Btw, I'm a 23 year old man of the ectomorph variety lol
