Can anyone tell me if this is low T? I have fatigue, slight depression/anxiety, and no sex drive. I think the cause is genetics or lexapro medication I was on in the past but I don’t know what options I have I heard TRT under 25 is dangerous and I’ve tried to raise T with diet and working out for awhile and stuff
Total Testosterone- 428 Ng/dl
Testosterone free - 14.1 Ng/dl
Testosterone Bio available- 158 Ng/dl
I also did a saliva test that came back low dhea for my age group it was :
Testosterone - 85 pg/ml
Dhea - 5.3 Ng/ml
Please let me know the best safe solution to get me back or if this is low T?
