Hello y'all, last night I took my first dose into what I hope to be the cure to extremely low testosterone level.

Took the test twice, and while I don't have my second results in front of me, I can give you the exact results of my first test:

First Test Total Testosterone 241 ng/dl Free Testosterone 52.4 pg/mL

Second test my Total testosterone was 140, but I don't remember what my free Testosterone was (at the time of writing this post I am at work and cannot look), and this test was about a month apart.

After the second test, my urologist decided to give me the option of Clomid and injectable testosterone. He chalked up the Clomid to be the next best thing since sliced bread, and for what it's presented to do, it does seem like the best first step, but now I'm scared that I will also be met with disappointment like many here have seem to expressed. I'm going to give it a chance regardless, but I'm not sure how it's even supposed to MAKE me feel. My wife and I have weighed the pros and cons of both treatments, but we are particularly scared of the infertility that might come with the TRT... Does anyone have any guidance? What else can I do?
