Pellet update

I posted about a dramatic increase in resting heart rate on my first pellet therapy. (12 pellets, sub 200)
Heart rate is getting better, still a bit fast but manageable. Sleep sucks without a sleep aid. However today was my first day allowed to workout and holy hell. I ride a peloton every morning and had power that I have never seen. Hitting 500 Output on climbs when Iām usually gassed at 200 ish. I did fatigue earlier than normal but recovered at a normal pace. I think endurance will catch up when my sleep patterns (hopefully) return. Any advise on sleep is welcomed. Thanks all!
