Post Body

I started TRT 12 wks ago with my primary dr. My test initially was 23, not 230, 23 with free test at 10. My doc had me on a horrendous protocol, first 3 wks was androgel 4 pumps per day (81g) then wk 4 he added 200 mg IM injections weekly on top of the topicals. My labs at wk 6 shot up to 987 total with 114 free. Then he went to 200mg every 14 day’s and I dropped to 411 total test and 45 free. It was a horrible 3 mths of ups and downs, anxiety really bad, fatigue, brain fog. I went in yesterday armed with extensive research to show how the lack of a protocol was really not working. He finally agreed to let me do injections at home. I have a 10 ml vial at 200mg/ml. He recommended 100 mg every 5 days. I have been on here since I started TRT and I see various protocols and every 3.5 day’s seems to be a popular protocol for best results. Any recommendations on protocols, Injection sites, needles, storage of test(fridge?) Thanks to all for any help!
