I'm 25 years old and have been suffering from some of the classic symptoms for a long time. I'm tired all of the time, difficulty losing weight despite a pretty healthy diet and a lot of exercise, low libido (although not with masturbation, just low interest in sex), depression/anxiety, brain fog, etc. So, I did my research and got the tests. In short, I was not happy with the results, but not surprised either. I did not test low enough for a script, and the only men's health clinic around me is too expensive. I'm going to have to self-prescribe TRT until I finish engineering school in 1.5 years and can afford either a better doctor or a men's health clinic. I'm going to keep an emergency PCT handy in case I can't source anymore, so that's where I'm at. I plan on getting bloodwork to monitor my e2, hematocrit, and hemoglobin level every 12 weeks for awhile. Does my bloodwork make anyone think of another underlying problem off the top of their head?

I have other bloodwork like CBC and lipid panel, but nothing tested abnormal, so I figured this is all of the relevant stuff. If anyone has any advice for me, I'd definitely appreciate it.

EDIT: It's worth adding that I do moderate cardio 3x a week and lift heavy 4x a week, and have for about 3-4 years
