TRTNation secure messaging issue

I moved and am trying to order my next T script...but as their site says if your address has changed, you must secure message us before ordering.
The secure messaging was shut down! It literally says that the company is not using it anymore. I've emailed normal email twice and they haven't responded.
Anyone having the same issue or can you confirm if your secure messaging is still working or not?
I've been using them for a few years and never had an issue with them.
