I just started trt and I’m really concerned with side effects. My test level was around 440. I tested late in the day so I’m not even sure I got an accurate result. I also recently had a medication change that could have affected my t levels. I was feeling a lot of symptoms of low t and I do feel way better now. I’m also not sure if it’s from the trt or just me naturally snapping back after the medication change. Any way I am concerned with going bald and getting gyno and testicle problems ect. The dr put me on hcg once a week fifty units and twice a week 40 of trt. It could totally be in my head but I feel like my testicles instantly shrank and do feel slightly uncomfortable. Also I feel like my nipples appear bigger but that could also be in my head. I guess I have two questions. First are ant of these benefits or side effects even possible this early on or is that just in my head. Also if I stop the treatment now and just hold off to see if my levels go back up naturally is that doable without side effects. Any real good info is greatly appreciated! Also I’m 33 years old. I know that’s kind of young for trt. But like I said medication change and lots of low t symptoms. If that’s relevant.
