How screwed am I? Forgot test on a 5 day trip

I forgot to do my injection last night of self prescribed trt of test c and I will be gone for the next 5 days. How screwed am I? I know the ester last long so hopefully I won’t have to many signs over the next couple of days but I assume when I get back I will have a huge drop in energy and breakouts.
