Help interpreting these results for 30yo male

👋 I went to the Dr. a few weeks ago to get T testing done. I noticed fatigue, weight gain, and lack of sex drive over the last year or more.
How would you interpret these results? I don’t know much of anything about testosterone therapy and if I should consider it.
6’ 230lbs Athletic build but dad bod stomach.
