3 months in to TRT/noticeable weight/size gain but no leaning out

So I am about 3 months into my treatment, mental clarity, better sleep, and no longer experiencing up and down mood swings. Has helped my depression a good amount as well! Physically though I have gained about 10lbs but have been eating less. Anyone else experience this?
I heard I would retain water but didn't expect to balloon up.
