Trying to figure out why I’m always tired

These are my recent levels and I’ve been constantly feeling fatigued and stuff my first set of blood work came up as low levels of testosterone but these were my recent ones I was trying to get on TRT but I don’t know if my doctor will give it to me what else could be causing my fatigue?
