Swollen quad after pinnin

I pinned my left quad on Sunday with 250 test and 300 eq. Monday morning it was fine, at about noon it started to get sore. I woke up today and it’s swollen pretty big and hurts like hell. This isn’t my first time pinning, just wondering what I could have done wrong
