Letrozole Questions?

I'm on 200mg test c per week, 24hours before my next pin my test levels were at 887ng/dl and my e2 was at 139pg/ml. Doc gave me letrozole 2.5mg and said to take it once a day. I don't want to crash my e2 but also need to get my levels down, any advice on how much I should actually take?
