So I'm a bigger guy I've been going to the gym for about a year now since my temporary leave of absence but even before that I noticed no matter how much I lifted or how I lifted I never noticed any muscle growth just increased strength and weightloss and now I'm contemplating on jumping on a cycle but don't know where to start
