Getting started with Thaumcraft?
Post Body

I've never done much with Thaumcraft, but the addition of Thaumic Reliquary is making we want to change that. I'm currently running my base off nether stars; until 1.0.0 I was generating them via the Reliquary nether star recipe, which consumes glowing water.

In 1.0.0, glowing water now requires thaumcraft research (which is fine; I've already unlocked it), but also requires thaumcraft crafting. I've stuffed around with Thaumcraft enough to have a greatwood wand, some goggles of revealing, an arcane worktable, and a crucible.

But uh...now what? What I really want is to find a way to craft a lot of glowing water (automatically); that means I also need a lot of condensed splash serums. Both steps apparently can only be done in an arcane worktable, and require vis. Can these be automated? How? Is there a tutorial floating around anywhere?

I see how I can use my wand on nodes to get vis, then place my wand in the arcane worktable and manually craft the condensed splash serum and glowing water, but I need to automate this. Is there, possibly, a video floating around showing off a setup that would do this? Is it possible golems or an infusion altar can help me with this?

TL;DR: How do you do cool (hopefully automated) things with Thaumcraft? Any tutorials floating around?
