Model Y aircon is like it's from a 1970s Volvo

Anybody else find the Model Y aircon bonkers?
- Noise: Turn it up past 4 and it's like you've a hairdryer in the car with you. Turn it up to 10 and it's jet engine time. It becomes genuinely more difficult to speak to people in the car. If you have it set to Auto, it's on 10 pretty much all the time.
- Temps: For the first 5 or 10 minutes it's just blowing air back onto you at the same temp. For whatever reason, the cooler air doesn't seem to kick in until the car's well underway. Maybe it's something clever to do with the heat pump. I don't know. But in other cars, I've had cold air the moment I turned the key in the ignition.
