Tesla won’t communicate with app

Tesla won’t connect to the app, only works when sentry mode is enabled it means I can’t precondition the car
Have a model Y with premium connectivity, this has never been an issue.
Have reboot the car, reinstalled Tesla app. No joy. Anyone have any experience?
