Model Y offroading - tires? Lift?

I've been offroading quite a bit in the Y and was wondering if anybody has gotten theirs lifted. How is it? Where'd you go and what's the cost. Also any recommendations on tires? I'm very happy with the range of the car I wouldn't mind a small hit because of some modifications. I've given the underbody a snack a few times and I think that's probably really bad!

EDIT: It seems like offroading is the wrong term. I've been "overlanding"? Taking bad washboard rocky washed out roads - no driving thru rivers for me.
