What is this issue? Woke up and my Y wouldn’t connect to whatever this is it usually connects to.

Music wouldn’t come up, feels like some kind of major issue. My phone says my Bluetooth is still connected to the car. Just not getting any connectivity despite paying for all the subscriptions.
