Can I just say that I bought this car because I needed a replacement for an old beamer and I thought I might regret leaving behind a manual gearbox, then I thought I might regret not getting the S, but after a bit over a week of owning this little beast I gotta say I have fallen in love with it. The way everything just works, the not having to gas up, not having to find my keys, not having to remember to lock the doors or close the windows, etc. It has exceeded my expectations. Maybe not wildly, but so many previous hassles have disappeared. I’m excited to see how it holds up in our chilly winter. I’m excited to drive places now, plotting cross-America road trips…ahhh why didn’t I do this sooner? Why wasn’t this car invented sooner?!
